A mixed experience here! The location is great, close to OSU, and the morning help desk staff was very pleasant. It's unfortunate, though, that the hotel feels a bit dated and some services were inconsistent. The breakfast options could use improvement, and housekeeping didn't meet my expectations. Overall, it has potential but needs work.

great base for exploring parks and local landmarks

My stay was made special not only by the accommodating staff but also the close proximity to charming parks and fascinating landmarks like the Bumblebee Transformer, just a short walk away, which made my city strolls memorable.

Family with children beware, mediocre stay!

The front desk staff was pretty nice, especially that morning person, she was friendly and helpful. I also appreciated having a clean room, that was a relief considering the issues I encountered.

This hotel suits me perfectly! It has free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. The staff really helped me find where to eat during my first stay, and I appreciated that cute touch. I’ll be back for a weekend!
